Anniversary parties range from an intimate dinner for close family to a larger celebration marking a milestone year like a 10th, 25th, or 50th anniversary. We plan the venue, catering, and decor around the scale you want, whether that is a home-based dinner or a full hall booking. How Far in Advance to Book

For an aqiqah, which is often time-sensitive to the newborn's age, we recommend contacting us as soon as the date is set, even if that is only a week or two out, we prioritise these bookings given the fixed timing. Anniversary parties and baby showers are more flexible, and 2 to 3 weeks' notice is usually enough for a venue-based event.

It depends on the scale you want. At minimum we handle venue and catering coordination; for larger milestone anniversaries we also plan decor, a tribute element like a photo display, and full guest coordination.

Can you plan a baby shower at my home instead of a venue?

Yes. Many baby showers are hosted at home, and we plan decor, catering, and activities around your own space rather than requiring a separate venue booking.

How much notice do you need for an aqiqah?

As soon as possible once the date is set, since aqiqah timing is often fixed to the newborn's age. We prioritise these bookings and can usually accommodate short notice better than for a wedding or large anniversary event.

Do you handle the religious or ceremonial side of an aqiqah, or just the hospitality?
