Event Decor: how we work
Most searches for an event decorator are looking for one of two different things: decor as part of a fully planned event, or a standalone decorator for an event you are otherwise organising yourself. Ziva Events Management covers both. If you are already using us as your wedding planner, corporate event planner, or birthday party planner, decor is planned as part of the same proposal. If you just need decor for an event you are running yourself, you can book that on its own.

Wedding & Function Decor

Can I Book Decor Only, Without Full Event Planning?
Yes. Many clients come to us specifically for a decorator, not a full planner, because they already have a venue and vendors and just need the styling handled. Tell us the venue, event type, and theme, and we will scope decor on its own, separate from our full planning packages.

Do you only do decor for events you're also planning, or can I book decor separately?
You can book decor on its own. It's one of our most common standalone requests, you handle the planning, we handle the styling.
What's the difference between an event decorator and a full event planner?
A decorator handles the visual styling of the event (stage, balloons, theme, backdrop). A full event planner also handles venue booking, vendor coordination, catering, and the schedule. We offer both, separately or together.
Do you provide balloon decoration for birthday parties?
Yes, balloon arrangements are one of our most requested birthday decor items, from simple arch setups to full themed installations.
Can you provide DJ or sound system rental without booking decor as well?
Yes, DJ and sound rental can be booked on its own or alongside decor and full event planning.
How far in advance should I book event decor?
2 to 3 weeks for most events gives us time to plan the styling properly. For a wedding function or a large corporate event, 4 to 6 weeks is safer, especially in peak wedding season.
Do you decorate homes for small parties, or only halls and venues?
Both. We decorate home setups for birthdays, baby showers, and small gatherings, as well as halls, marquees, and corporate venues.
Which cities do you provide event decor in?
As an event decorator, we work in Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, with local vendor relationships in each city rather than one central team travelling to all three.
Do I need to have already booked a venue before contacting an event decorator?
No. We can help you find a venue that suits your decor plans, or work with a venue you've already booked, either way is fine.
